Our goal is to be an organization that continuously grows rather than become stagnant. We use the money obtained from the subscriptions to help pay for the maintenance of the current website and its future development. We also use a portion of every dollar spent on the website to support disaster research and community activism.
While we donate to multiple agencies year-round, most donations go to Leona’s Kings and Queens Foundation. The foundation’s mission is to provide grants and resources to communities where disasters have moderately or severely impacted communities along the Gulf Coast. Check out their website here: leonaskingsandqueens.org
